This project was more than "building another site" to another customer, the client had a frustrating problem to be solved.

The NewsTelegraph channel, had a website before, however, the providers shutdown it down, with it they took down hundreds of articles they wrote and worked hard on.

I had 2 main goals in mind, first, make it as easy as possible for the admins to create articles.

Secondly, make it so the site is secure and reliable. In terms of traffic handling, scaliability or performance.

After meeting up with the client face to face. The goal was clearer. We agreed on a design, I explained how the process worked, understood when they wanted.

Only then it was time to got to work, developers often ignore those vital steps. But that's how a simple project ends up being a disater, they don't listen to the customer enough.
